Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant PE 180g/m2 TSt01
The Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant is located on the south bank of the Yangtze River estuary, in the northeast of Shanghai. Shanghai is adjacent to the East China Sea and has a subtropical humid monsoon climate with distinct four seasons. The lowest temperature is -8 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature is 40 degrees Celsius. June to July is the rainy season, and typhoons make landfall every year. Shanghai is the largest city in the mainland and the economic, financial, trade and shipping center of Chinese Mainland. Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant is a large-scale thermal power plant. The first phase of construction began in 1992, and a total of three phases have been constructed so far. The second phase of the factory building began construction in July 2001, and the third phase of the project began construction in February 2006. Three consecutive phases of the project all use 180 grams/square meter hot-dip galvanized substrate, brand TSt01, PE coating, and Baosteel color coated plate with earth yellow and brick red colors. The factory building of the first phase project was installed and used in 1993, and has been in use for 23 years now. There is no rust on the cuts and connections, and the color difference is less than 7 when tested from different directions. The overall color of the coating still maintains its original appearance.
